October Skate Jam Series

Sport Canterbury has announced Cheapskates Skate Skool’s holiday calendar for October 2011.

Bishopdale Skate Jam (Sat 29th)

Sumner Skate Jam (Sat 22nd)

Join Sport Canterbury at the Papanui Skate Jam.

Sport Canterbury invites Christchurch to come along and see what a skate jam is all about.

In 2010/11, these local events involved over 10,000 young people throughout the city, Selwyn and Ashburton districts.

Sport Canterbury’s Cheapskates Skate Skool has a full day planned – with competition, coaching and a community BBQ.

- Best trick comp – $700 worth of prizes!

- Learn new tricks with the Skate Skool team

Where: Noel Leeming Carpark, Langdons Road (opposite Papanui High School)

When: 12-3pm, Wednesday 12 October 2011

Sumner Skate Jam

Where: Sumner School, Colenso Street

When: 12-3pm, Saturday 22 October 2011

Rain Date: Sunday 23 October 2011
