2011 SPARC Sport Volunteer Awards
Sport Canterbury is proud to announce the recipients of the 2011 SPARC Sport Volunteer Awards, representing the wider Canterbury/West Coast region.
Hayley Gurden, Dave Harrison and Ian Boyd were amongst the 2011 SPARC Sport Volunteer Award winners from the Canterbury/West Coast region.

Student Category -Hayley Gurden, Swimming/Netball (Cobden Netball)
Lifetime Achievement – Ian Boyd, Rugby/Bowls and Margaret Swinburn, Athletics
The recipients were selected from an outstanding field of 150 nominations. A local event to recognise the nominees was held on 30 September at the Gary Cockram Hyundai show room.
